European Fulfilment Network now fully reactivated

by News_Amazon

We're pleased to announce that Amazon’s European Fulfilment Network (EFN) between the UK and the EU is now fully reactivated.

EFN gives you access to our growing EU and UK customer base by allowing you to fulfil cross-border orders of eligible products with FBA inventory stored in your home fulfilment centre, subject to EFN fees.

When you enable EFN in your Cross Border Fulfilment Settings, eligible international listings that were deactivated due to the unavailability of EFN for cross-border fulfilment will be automatically activated. Go to the EFN eligibility report to view eligibility and manage offer enrolment.

Review your Build International Listings (BIL) settings to check that your international offers are updated, and incorporate EFN cross-border fees. It is recommended to check for product exclusions in BIL.

For more information, go to European Fulfilment Network between the UK and the EU.

We joined a recent webinar on the European Fulfilment Network EFN.
However we don’t Fulfil By Amazon, we offer Seller Fulfilled Prime, so EFN doesn’t help our European customers.
Please can we have an equivalent for Merchants who fulfil their own orders?
Ebay have their Global Shipping Program where they handle all of the international shipping, customs documentation and VAT requirements. It would be GREAT if Amazon could offer something similar or better. Thanks for considering this.

Now if you could just turn Pan-European on for everybody again…that’d be great

Happy to hear about EFN reactivation! HOWEVER, checking on our Pan-EU FBA inventory report just now shows several of our FBA ASINs are STILL showing as INACTIVE OFFER at DE, IT, ES & FR marketplaces though Eligible and respective UK (source) marketplace listings have been auto translated and existing at those 4 EU marketplaces mentioned. Account is EFN, BIL & Pan-EU Enabled at those 4 EU marketplaces. There are no current/existing stocks/inventories of those FBA ASINs at those 4 EU marketplaces. But then again, EFN & PAN-EU FBA programs shld be able to share the UK source marketplace FBA inventories across those 4 EU (DE,FR, IT & ES) marketplaces, RIGHT?

What else is needed then for those “Eligible” FBA ASINs be enrolled to PAN-EU FBA & activate the offers at DE, FR,IT & ES marketplaces??? Kindly advice and thanks in advance for sharing your successful resolutions & experiences about this.
